MyPsychTrack Transition Guide

Account Requirement: Individual

Last Updated: 4/16/18

UPDATE

The import tool is now available. Thank you all for your patience as we worked with the MyPsychTrack team to fix the issues that were encountered last week.

If you have already imported your hours into Time2Track and see any incorrect activities or clients, please  contact us and we can reimport your data for you. This will not affect any data you have entered directly into Time2Track.

***Please note that baseline hours are only included in the AAPI View report in Time2Track. If your hour totals look incorrect on other reports, it may be because they do not include baseline hours in the totals.

The MyPsychTrack Transition Guide will help you import your data from MyPsychTrack. This guide is geared specifically for students who are transitioning from MyPsychTrack to Time2Track.

Please make sure you read through the following instructions before beginning the import process. If you run into any issues or have any questions, contact us for assistance.

Before You Import

Before you import your MyPsychTrack data into Time2Track, it's important to understand what can and cannot be imported.

What will be imported:

  • All activities
  • Clients associated with activities
  • Assessments associated with activities
  • Baseline hours
  • Baseline assessments
  • Facilities and supervisors (imported as custom treatment settings)

What cannot be imported:

Import Your MyPsychTrack Data

1

Sign Up or Log In

Create a Time2Track account or log in to your existing Time2Track account.

Make sure you sign up using the same email address that you used in MyPsychTrack. This is how Time2Track will match your account with your MyPsychTrack data.

If you've already signed up for a Time2Track account with an email that is different from the one in your MyPsychTrack account, you'll need to change the email in your profile. Click the gear icon in the top right corner, then click  Profile. Change your email address to match your MyPsychTrack account email address, then click Save.

2

Import Your Baseline Hours

When you register or log in to your Time2Track account, Time2Track will recognize that you have MyPsychTrack data available for import. If you have entered baseline hours in MyPsychTrack, you'll be given the option to import them first.

IMPORTANT: If you have entered baseline hours in your Time2Track account, importing your MyPsychTrack baseline hours will replace the totals already in your Time2Track account.

3

Import Your Activity Details

After you choose to import or skip your baseline hours, you'll see a listing of all of your activity details so you can review them. Choose Import All to import your activity, client, and assessment details into Time2Track.

Depending on the number of activities you have to import, this process may take several minutes.

After You Import

Check Your Data
It's a good idea to take a few minutes and review your data in Time2Track to make sure everything looks correct. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

Check for Duplicates
If you already have activities entered into your Time2Track account, the import tool will not check for duplicates. If you have any duplicate activities, make sure you delete them after the import is completed.

Don't want to use Time2Track?

If you don't plan to use Time2Track for tracking your hours, you may still benefit from Time2Track's reports. You can sign up for a free 30-day trial and import your MyPsychTrack data using the instructions above — no credit card required. Your data can then be viewed in any  Time2Track progress report, including the AAPI View report.
