Why can't I see my students?
As a faculty member, you'll be using Time2Track to verify your students' hours electronically and sometimes approve / reject hours on behalf of your students' supervisors (if necessary). Before you can verify, approve, or reject hours, your trainees will need to submit them to their supervisor as an approval request (an approval request is like an electronic timesheet). Do I have to pay for Time2Track?
No, Time2Track is free for faculty to use.
I haven't received my Time2Track invitation yet.
Time2Track faculty invitations are sent automatically, and sometimes email clients can block these types of emails or mark them as "spam".
First, make sure you check your spam or junk folder for the invitation email. If the invitation is not there, make sure your school has the correct email address for you. If not, have them update it and resend your invitation.
If you're still stuck, ask your organization's IT department to allow emails from Time2Track.com to be delivered, then have your school resend your invitation.
