Why can't I see my students / supervisees?

As a supervisor, you'll be using Time2Track to approve your trainees' hours electronically.  Before you can approve hours, your trainees will need to submit them to you as an approval request (an approval request is like an electronic timesheet).  If your trainees need help submitting hours for approval, click here.


Do I have to pay for Time2Track?

No, Time2Track is free for supervisors to use.


I haven't received my Time2Track invitation yet.

Time2Track supervisor invitations are sent automatically, and sometimes email clients can block these types of emails or mark them as "spam".  

First, make sure you check your spam or junk folder for the invitation email.  If the invitation is not there, make sure your supervisee's school has the correct email address for you.  If not, have them update it and resend your invitation.

If you're still stuck, ask your organization's IT department to allow emails from Time2Track.com to be delivered, then have your supervisee's school resend your invitation.
