My supervisor can't see my hours.

In order for your supervisor to view and approve your hours, you need to have the correct supervisor attached to your activities and then submit the activities to your supervisor for approval (like a timesheet).

My supervisor hasn't received my form or evaluation.

Sometimes automatic emails from Time2Track get caught by spam filters.  If your supervisor has not received an email notification about your form or evaluation, have them log into their Time2Track account  here then click the Evaluations tab.  The form or evaluation should be available to them for completion.


I have two (or more) placements this semester. How do separate the hours in Time2Track?

If your school or organization is using Online Approval, you can create a new Placement for each, then attach the correct placement to each of your activities.

If your email address has changed and you can't remember your password, contact us and we will help you gain access to your account.

If your school or organization is using Online Approval, you can create Placements to track your training sites and supervisors, then attach the correct placement to each of your activities.

I can't find my training site or supervisor on the list when adding a placement.

Training Sites and Supervisors are added by your school or organization.  If you don't see the ones you need when adding a new placement, contact your Training Director or someone at your school to have them added.
